General Terms and Conditions.
Please read our terms and conditions carefully.

 

Reservations and Deposits
• We do require a deposit to hold your reservation. Within 5 days, strictly. The amount will depend on the
apartment being booked and cost of rent (up to 30% of total rental price).
• Payment for the reservation deposit should be made via www.moneybookers.com , via Western Union or directly to Apartment Adriana (Nikša Kopić) bank account. The rest of the payment is due in cash on the arrival day.
• Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until Apartment Adriana (Nikša Kopić) has received the pre-payment fee and you have received a confirmation email from Apartment Adriana (Nikša Kopić) with all the relevant information.

 

Payment
• Once Apartment Adriana (Nikša Kopić) has confirmed the availability, the client will have to pay a percentage of the total price. Within 5 days of confirmation.
•The rest of the price for the stay in the apartment shall be paid by the client in CASH upon arrival (please remember, NO CASH, NO CHECK IN!).
•If the client decide to pay total cost of rent via moneybookers, Western Union or Apartment Adriana (Nikša Kopić) Bank account, total amount of rent must be paid latest 7 days before first day of renting

 

Cancellation and Return Policy
• If the client cancels reservation deposit is non-refundable.
• If the client cancels a fully paid reservation via moneybookers, Western Union or Apartment Adriana (Nikša Kopić) Bank account, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period:
- More than 60 days before: 20% of the total amount.
- 30-59 days before: 30% of the total amount.
- 15-29 days before: 50% of the total amount.
-  Less than 15 days before: 100% of the total amount.

 

Arrival
The day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 13:00 pm. If, for any reason, your arrival is earlier,
please let us know in advance so we might try to accommodate you before.

 

Cleaning
The apartment shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client. When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the
apartment in a reasonable condition.

 

Number and identity of the guests
The client will inform Apartment Adriana (Nikša Kopić) of the number of guests included within the booking. Unless otherwise agreed by Apartment Adriana (Nikša Kopić), only the number of persons indicated by the client when booking shall be authorised to use the apartment. The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment, except for children under two years of age.

 

Behaviour
The client signing the check in form will be liable for the correct and decent behaviour of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable
and responsible way, Apartment Adriana (Nikša Kopić) shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation.
Please observe that Apartment Adriana (Nikša Kopić) Terms and Conditions with regard to disturbances, loud music and parties are very clear: ALL ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Guests staying in Apartment Adriana should know that if parties or loud music are heard, or neighbours complain and/or police are called, it can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night. Also note that by booking with Apartment Adriana  you have already accepted our terms and conditions and will therefore be expected to abide by these rules.

 

QUIET TIME IS EVERY DAY FROM 22.00 PM to 09.00 AM
We appreciate your collaboration in this matter and hope you understand that these rules are necessary as these apartments are all situated in residential buildings and the nightly rest of other inhabitants must be respected.

 

Liabilities
Apartment Adriana shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour.
In case of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, Apartment Adriana at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type compensation.

 

Our Website
All apartment descriptions and information is supplied by the apartments featured. Whilst Apartment Adriana do their utmost to maintain accuracy and to check details wherever possible, Apartment Adriana cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions that may arise.
Apartment Adriana also reserve the right to change information published on the site at any time including rates, descriptions and photographs.

 

Terms and Conditions
Apartment Adriana reserves the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required and as may be in line with the company's business. The onus is placed on all parties, using the site, to undertake adequate measures to ensure that they visit any such terms and conditions on a regular basis.
These terms do not affect consumer statutory rights.

 

APARTMENT ADRIANA HOUSE RULES
Please Read Carefully

As a client, you are expected to respect the house rules that pertain to the apartment and the community it belongs to. The apartment may not be used as a party space but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. Please look at the house rules thoroughly in order to avoid any problems. Our main objective is for
the client to have a good experience in Dubrovnik.
Please respect our neighbours - normal working people who need to get up early and go to work every day so please respect the noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the apartments. Parties are not allowed.

Quiet hours:
Monday - Friday 22.00 to 9.00
Saturday - Sunday 24.00 to 10.00
Please turn off the air-conditioning or lights if you leave the apartment; we try to keep prices low and would like to conserve energy.
Tourist tip: please lock the doors securely behind you and only take what you need with you for the day as there are professional pick pockets in most tourist areas.
Please do not leave the garbage in the apartment when you check out. You can leave it on the street every night between 01.00 - 22.00, and it will be collected by sanitation personnel.
Please note that the check out time is at 11:00 as we need to clean the apartment from 11:00 to 13:00 prior to the next check-in (13.00 is the normal check in time). Let us know in advance if you need a later check out time.

 

OTHER ISSUES
If you want to be collected from Dubrovnik Airport we charge 20 Euros and this amount is payable to your driver once in Dubrovnik.
You will have to inform us of ALL the details of your flights which includes (airport you are traveling from, flight number, name of airline, estimated time of arrival in Dubrovnik). It is your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes or delays of your flights.
If you have any problems during your stay in Dubrovnik, do not hesitate to contact us; they will be happy in assisting you as much as they can! Their number is in the information pack I sent you.
The flat is available from 1.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If your flight arrives to Dubrovnik before that, you are welcome to leave the luggage in the flat whilst it is being cleaned and come back for the check in at 1.00pm.
The flat must be vacated at 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. If your flight is due to leave Dubrovnik later, we can look after your luggage.
Parties that on arrival to Dubrovnik make their own way to the flat must, agree with me a time to meet in the flat with the owners, in advance. If for any reason you are going to be late you have to inform the owners.
You and your party hold Apartment Adriana harmless from and against any and all liability arising out of or in any way connected with your use and occupancy of the property, including injuries, damages or losses from fire, theft or criminal activity. The flat owners are never liable for any of the above.
In the unlikely event and for reasons beyond our control where an apartment is damaged or for whatever reason not fit for rental, we will find you a suitable alternative of accommodation, with the same standard as the apartment that you have booked, same number of sleeping places and same price.

 

Extra charges
If you need we provide transfers, 20 Euros from Dubrovnik airport or 10 Euros from ferry and bus station. Car capacity is 3 or 4 people depending on the amount of luggage so if there is more than 3 or 4 people in your party, then two cars will be required.
Price for additional cleaning on your request during the rental is 20 Euros
